Rébecca practices civil litigation with an emphasis on subrogated claims involving contractor’s negligence, product liability, and motor vehicle claims. Rébecca is fluent in English and French.
Prior to joining Mason Caplan Roti LLP, Rébecca articled and practiced at a full-service international law firm, where she had independent carriage of subrogated claims. Subsequently, she worked as an in-house counsel for a large multi-national corporation, primarily providing insurance products. Rébecca has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice on numerous occasions.
Rébecca obtained her common law degree, with distinction, and her civil law degree, with great distinction, from the University of Ottawa. While in law school, Rébecca was on the Dean’s list distinction, participated in mooting and worked as a research assistant for two law professors.
In her spare time, Rébecca enjoys indoor rock climbing, playing softball, skiing and traveling.
