Morgan is a highly skilled and knowledgeable insurance lawyer. Morgan is bilingual, serving clients in both English and French. She has five years of experience in the insurance industry, first in accounting and now as a lawyer.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2017 and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2021. Morgan received numerous awards and scholarships while pursuing her legal education. She also published in the Canadian Journal of Insurance Law.
She completed her Articling requirements at a prominent Newfoundland firm specializing in insurance litigation before joining MCR in 2022. She now practices insurance law exclusively, with an emphasis on subrogation.
Morgan has long been intrigued by the potential of the insurance industry to pursue subrogation opportunities as a means of offsetting losses, increasing revenue, and positively influencing customer retention. Morgan has the skills, knowledge, and background to help her clients get the best possible recovery.
