Amelia Theiss received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2017. Before law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Western University in 2014 with a specialization in political science.

Amelia was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. She is a passionate and strategic advocate who has experience practicing in insurance defence and personal injury law.  Amelia takes an organized and detail-oriented approach to ensure the best results for her clients. She has regularly appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and License Appeal Tribunal.

Before joining Mason Caplan Roti, Amelia mainly worked at personal injury law firms where she honed her skills as a litigator.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring new coffee shops.
