Nikola is a civil litigator, with a focus on subrogation. His practice includes a wide range of claims involving property damage, product liability, and general negligence. Prior to joining MCR, Nikola served as a plaintiff-side personal injury lawyer at a prominent boutique in Toronto. His results-oriented approach leads him to achieve the best results for his clients.

Nikola obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018. Before law school, Nikola was a student-athlete and captain of the men’s varsity volleyball program at York University where he competed both nationally and internationally. At Osgoode, he continued to remain a prominent figure of the volleyball program as a mentor to incoming players.

During his spare time, Nikola enjoys playing a variety of sports, creative writing, and travelling.
